ABOUT ME

A chemical engineer by trade, I have a passion for mentoring youth, and helping them develop their skills, knowledge and confidence.

I am a graduate from the University of Waterloo and have worked in industry for a global chemical manufacturer as a project manager and process designer.

Most of what I have learned has been passed to me by my own mentors and life experiences. 

It brings me tremendous satisfaction to pass on what I have learned to youth and give them that boost to accelerate their growth. 

Many of my students reach out to me well after they have graduated from the Bright Hive and keep me updated with their journeys. 

Being a new father, I have stepped back from my professional engineering work to focus on this passion of mine, as it truly brings me more joy and allows me flexibility to spend more time with my family. 

In my spare time, I enjoy training BJJ, biking, programming and tinkering with technology.
